1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping services to ensure your package arrives securely.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 9 to 21 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal.

Please allow 2–3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dynvaris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you have questions about custom fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
